Workout Instructions

Athletes will set up a clearly marked 10 foot lane in which to work, then proceed to complete the work unpartitioned for each respective round. Each 10 foot section is worth 10 points, no partial sections will be scored. Athletes may NOT utilize a lane of greater than 10 feet.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS

Double unders – The rope must pass under the feet 2 times per one jump.

Handstand walk – Athletes must kick up with both hands behind the start line and walk until both hands cross the taped line 10 feet away. They can kick down or pirouhette at this point and restart the next section. Each 10 foot segment must be unbroken to be counted.

Single unders – The rope must pass under the feet once per jump. Jumps must be 2 footed. No running in place or skipping.

DB bear crawl – Athletes must start with both hands on both dumbbells behind the start line. They begin crawling forwards until both dumbbells have passed the 10 foot tape line before turning around and beginning the next 10 foot section.
