At the call of “GO”, athletes will move from the start area to their kettlebell and complete 21 burpees over their kettlebell, then 9 hang kettlebell snatches. Athletes will then perform 1 rope climb. Athletes then move their kettlebell forward one section, and perform 15 burpees. Athletes will then complete 15 hang kettlebell snatches. Athletes then return to the rope and perform 2 climbs. Athletes then move their kettlebell and complete 9 burpees and 21 hang kettlebell snatches. Finally, athletes will perform 3 rope climbs. Time will be noted when athletes reach the finish mat.
Novice division will perform a rope climb to standing at a 3:1 ratio
