Event 24.5 – Lifters Who Run

For max load:
Run 400m
In remaining time, establish a 1 repetition maximum weight snatch

Time Cap: 5:00

Athletes start at the designated starting area. At the call of “GO”, athletes will begin running the 400m course. Athletes will return to their designated lifting area and in the remaining time attempt any number of snatches for maximum load. The barbell must leave the ground before the conclusion of the event to count.

Athletes may preload their bar before the start of the event.

Runners who Lift will begin 1 minute after the conclusion of this event.
