15 kip swings
40 foot bear crawl
40 foot backward bear crawl
15 knees to chest

Elite, Rx and Age Groups
At the call of “GO”, athletes will move toward the bar and perform 1 toes to bar in the first minute. At the second minute athletes will perform 1 toes to bar and pull up complex. At the third minute, athletes will add a chest to bar pull up to the complex. Athletes will continue in this pattern, adding to the complex each minute with the prescribed movements. Each complex must be performed unbroken. In the final minute, athletes must perform the entire complex again and then accumulate as many consecutive drop kips as time allows.

The complex must be completed before the minute expires. Athletes who successfully complete the prescribed complex move on to the next minute.

Handstand Medley will start 1 minute after the conclusion of this event.

Other Divisions
At the call of “GO”, athletes will move toward the bar and perform 15 of their required bar movements. Athletes will then complete a 40’ bear crawl and a 40’ backward bear crawl. Athletes then return to the bar to complete 15 reps of their next bar movement. Athletes then perform another bear crawl/backward bear crawl and complete 15 repetitions of their final bar movement. Athletes will perform their final bear crawl movement. Time stops when they cross the finish mat.
