Workout Instructions

Athletes must complete 300 double unders/single unders, then a 3000 meter row, then 300 double unders/single unders as quickly as possible.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS

Double under – The rope must clearly pass twice under the feet.
Single under – The rope must clearly pass once under the feet.
Row – Athletes must show the monitor when getting on and off the rower.
